Manual file recovery

If the Use known file signatures while recovery option is off, additional options will become available:

Save method - the method of saving the files.

  Simple - usual saving method.

  Alternative - this method is good for fragmented files.

If the Files were deleted with Windows NT, 2000, XP option is on, an additional window will be opened.

Use the left panel to select the first cluster, the right part will contain the contents of the first 512 corresponding bytes and continue saving by clicking the Save button.

Note: When saving files automatically, the software saves at least two file variants using both algorithms.
